Hero11 website not opening? Quick fixes
Blank page, endless loading or an unexpected redirect? Work through these checks in order — most problems come down to the address, the connection or the browser.
Quick answer
First check that the address is hero11-in.hero11apex.com and that your internet works on another site. Then switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, close and reopen the tab, update Chrome and try again. If the page loads but login fails, that’s an account issue — follow the login steps instead of reloading.

Quick fixes, in order
- Check the address bar shows hero11-in.hero11apex.com, with no extra letters.
- Open any other website to confirm your internet is working.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or turn aeroplane mode on and off.
- Close the Hero11 tab completely and open the site in a fresh tab.
- Update Chrome: Play Store › search Chrome › Update.
- Clear data for this site only: Chrome › ⋮ › Settings › Site settings › All sites › the Hero11 site › Clear. This signs you out of the website.
- Restart your phone and try once more.

Redirected somewhere unexpected?
Some movement is normal: tapping DOWNLOAD on the “Download the APK” banner can start a file download, and that is what it’s meant to do. Being sent to an unrelated page, a prize pop-up or an address that only looks like Hero11 is not normal.

Never enter your mobile number, OTP or payment details on a page whose address you don’t recognise.

Note the address you opened, the time, your browser and network, and take a screenshot of the message (hide personal details). Then contact Hero11 through Help or the headset icon on the Login/Register sheet once you can reach it, or from another device.

Try to describe the problem in one line, for example: “Hero11 site shows a blank white page in Chrome on Wi-Fi and mobile data since 9 pm.” A clear description plus a screenshot is far more useful than repeated reloads, and it saves you explaining the issue twice.
Try the app instead
On an Android phone, the installed Hero11 app is an alternative to the website once you have downloaded it.
