Channel or customer support?

All six are public channels. A WhatsApp channel only broadcasts updates — you can’t message it like a helpline — and a comment under a Telegram or Facebook post is not a support ticket. Anyone replying to your comment is not automatically Hero11 staff.

Which channel should you follow?

You don’t need all six. Pick by how you like to get news on your phone.

Telegram and the WhatsApp channel are the quickest for short notices, because they land alongside your other messages. Follow just one of them if you only want to know about new contests, offers or maintenance. YouTube suits you if you prefer to watch how a feature works before trying it, and Instagram and Facebook are better for browsing posts when you have time. Discord is the most interactive — useful for community chat, but also the place where you should be most careful about strangers sending private messages.

Whatever you follow, mute or leave any group that keeps pushing paid tips or “sure” results. That is never a good sign, whoever runs it.

How to spot a fake Hero11 account

• The handle is close but not exact, such as an extra letter, underscore or number.
• They message you first, offering a bonus, a “recovery service” or a guaranteed result.
• They ask for your OTP, password, UPI PIN or a “verification fee”.
• They send an APK file in the chat instead of pointing you to the Hero11 site.
• They share a “Hero11 customer care number” to call.

Always start from the Hero11 site

Starting from the site means you never have to guess which of several lookalike accounts is real. Search results inside Telegram, Facebook or Instagram often show copycat pages with almost the same name and the same logo, sometimes with more followers bought in.
